Cape Flattery School District #401

Technology

You can expect to see computers in every classroom in Cape Flattery School District. Despite being located in a very rural area, the district recognizes the need for up-to-date technology and what it can offer to students and staff. The district has several computer labs set up with the capability for internet access. Here students can have lessons using streaming videos and research at their fingertips. The district has access to K-20 Video conferencing at each school and at the District Office. This technology allows staff to participate in training held throughout the state and even the nation, without the cost and time for travel. You can also expect to see the following in classrooms:

  • A Document Camera (works like a transparency- and a light box combined!)
  • A document camera cart
  • Computers
  • Speakers

Please e-mail technology questions to Larry Murner or Kandy Ritter (by clicking on their names).
